Good to know

What does the box show?: The exchange price of the running quarter hour, the change against the same time yesterday and the cheapest three hours in a row, up to tomorrow once the prices are out. The same numbers as on ampena.com/en/electricity-price.
How current is it?: The box reloads itself every quarter hour, just after the next price applies. The picture is current when it is fetched; GitHub and some forums keep pictures for a while.
What does it cost?: Nothing. The only request: keep the line with the link.
And privacy?: No cookies, no script of ours on your site, nothing stored in the browser. Like any picture from the web, your visitors’ browsers load the box from ampena.com; our host Vercel sees the IP address (privacy policy, section 3, in German). We only count how often it is shown on which website, without any link to people.
Where do the numbers come from?: Day-ahead wholesale price per quarter hour from Bundesnetzagentur | SMARD.de, licence CC BY 4.0. The source is named in the box and in the picture.

Charge when it is cheap.

Ampena puts your car’s charging into the cheapest quarter hours. Ready when you leave.
